Pork Cracklings Mango Salad

- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 clove of pressed or smashed garlic
- 1 mango; julienned, sliced, cubed (your prefer)
- 1 handful cilantro leaves
- 1/4 c. packed mint leaves
- 2 to 3 serrano/jalapeno/or Thai chiles; chopped
- 5 oz. of Lanna Pork Cracklings; chopped
Whisk lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, and pressed or smashed garlic. Toss with mango, julienned, cilantro leaves and packed mint leaves, finely chopped; 2 to 3 serrano/jalapeno/or Thai chiles, chopped; and 5 oz. of Lanna Pork Cracklings. Serve immediately....so easy.
